Are you a product leader prepared to leverage AI to reshape the fundamentals of education? We need someone to take ownership of our Education vertical and drive the mission of enabling students to learn with greater effectiveness. This position centers on catalyzing systemic transformation, not simply delivering incremental improvements.
This position is characterized by ownership of a strategic outcome rather than process management. You will define the objective for our Education vertical and have the authority to accomplish it. You will personally write the master "Brain Lift" that captures our strategy and establishes the portfolio roadmap unifying all our educational products into a coherent whole. You'll guide a team of talented Product Owners, functioning as a player-coach who stays deeply engaged in the most mission-critical work.
The conventional one-size-fits-all education model consistently fails the individual learner. Our methodology involves constructing a new system grounded in learning science and AI to provide genuinely individualized instruction. We are demonstrating that education can be simultaneously deeply personal and profoundly impactful.
This position differs from a conventional VP of Product role. If you favor managing process over owning outcomes, or wish to delegate fundamental strategic work, this opportunity is not the right match. We need a leader who is rigorously analytical, a clear first-principles thinker, and unyielding in pursuing the defined objective.
You will guide a talented team of product owners and collaborate directly with the founders to direct the entire vertical. Your success metric is straightforward: clear, data-supported evidence that your strategy measurably enhanced how students learn. If you're prepared for a challenge with this level of scope and accountability, let's connect.
"Crossover" refers to several things, primarily a global recruitment platform for elite remote tech jobs using AI assessments and paying Silicon Valley rates, but also a popular YA novel by Kwame Alexander about basketball-playing twins (Josh & JB), and even a Malaysian streetwear brand. It's a concept of connecting different worlds, whether talent to opportunity, or genres in fiction.
