The company has grown to €5–6M ARR through a product-led motion and self-serve adoption. With 1% global market share already, they are now launching their first outbound go-to-market strategy, with France as a top priority alongside Germany and the US. This is one of their most mature markets, with an ambitious plan to move from mid-market dominance into the enterprise space.

 

Your Role as Lead Account Executive:

  • Develop and execute a targeted outbound strategy for France, collaborating with marketing on ABM campaigns (leverage client success stories to win strategic lookalike accounts).
  • Drive new business sales into mid-market and enterprise accounts using a value-led, consultative approach.
  • Manage complex sales cycles (6–12 months) with deal values typically €30–50k.
  • Build market presence through in-person meetings, events, and conferences (approx. 20–30% travel).
  • Feed market insights back into global GTM strategy and support localisation efforts.

 

Who You Are:

  • Experience: 3+ years of enterprise outbound & closing selling experience, ideally in martech, data analytics, BI. Also, experience with leading Account-based Marketing campaigns in collaboration with Marketing/Product.
  • Personality/Soft Skills: Hunter mindset, entrepreneurial, consultative, data-driven. Aspiring GTM leader.
  • Languages: Native-level French (C2) and fluent English.
  • Location: Remote in France, ideally near Paris.

The Interview Process (4-6 weeks):

  1. Screening with Nobel Recruitment,
  2. 1st Interview with COO to assess cultural fit.
  3. 2nd Interview with Head of GTM.
  4. Take-home project & presentation to the Senior Leadership Team.
  5. Final interview with the COO, Head of GTM and CEO.
