Senior Consultant – Wealth & Asset Management - Paris

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Professional Services team in Paris, focusing on our Tracker and Density solutions. This is a pivotal, client-facing role for a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in wealth and asset management, financial services, and enterprise software. You will guide clients through complex transformations, ensuring successful adoption and implementation of NeoXam’s solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to gather feedback, perform gap analysis, and recommend improvements.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to deliver software features.

• Support the customization, integration, and testing of software to meet client needs.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, process flows, and use cases.

• Ensure adherence to project timelines and contribute to overall project success.

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues related to business requirements.

• Conduct functional testing and support the user acceptance testing (UAT) process.

• Stay current with industry trends, financial regulations, and software innovations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, computer science, business administration, or a related field.

• At least 10 years of experience as a consultant, with a strong focus on financial software solutions.

• Solid understanding of financial markets, investment products, and trading operations.

• Experience with data modeling, business process reengineering, and financial data analysis.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial industry (e.g., MiFID II, Basel III).

• Experience with NeoXam Tracker/Density or similar asset management/trading software.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define complex business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.

• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage client expectations.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to senior stakeholders (CxO level).

• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.

• Fluency in French and English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
