Location: Dublin South (On-Site) | Sector: Artificial Intelligence & SaaS Compensation: €65,000 -€70,000 Variable OTE + Comprehensive Benefits

The Role: Impact & Strategy

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the relationship with some of the largest companies in the French-speaking market. You will move beyond "transactional" selling to become a trusted advisor, identifying business pain points and solving them with cutting-edge AI technology.

  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Lead prospects from initial discovery through to closing, ensuring a premium experience at every touchpoint.
  • Strategic Prospecting: Execute outbound strategies to engage C-suite and senior leadership within the Enterprise space.
  • Consultative Selling: Transform complex AI technical capabilities into clear, high-impact business value propositions.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain high-velocity activity while ensuring data integrity within Salesforce.
  • Collaborative Growth: Work alongside internal product and technical teams to ensure long-term customer success and retention.

What You Bring

  • Linguistic Excellence: Native or professional fluency in French and English.
  • SaaS/Tech Expertise: Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, specifically within Tech, SaaS, or Cloud environments. Mid-Market or Enterprise experience is highly preferred.
  • Executive Presence: The confidence and sophistication to navigate complex procurement processes and pitch to C-level stakeholders.
  • Results-Driven Mindset: A hunter’s mentality with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Adaptability: A desire to work in the fast-evolving AI sector, with a commitment to continuous learning and implementing feedback.
