Purpose of the job 

As the Account Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind delivering outstanding 2D Print and Promotional Merchandising solutions to our global client within the Pharmaceutical industry. You’ll work hand-in-hand with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure every project is delivered flawlessly—on time, to specification, and with exceptional service.

Your role goes beyond coordination; you’ll build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, acting as a trusted advisor who understands their needs and brings innovative solutions to the table. From negotiating costs and timelines to selecting the perfect suppliers, you’ll take full ownership of each project, ensuring quality and value every step of the way.

The main areas of spend for this client are 2D Print and Promotional Merchandise.

This is role works on a blended model between the client site in Nanterre and home.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Advise on print projects with technical expertise.
  • Own the process: take client briefs, manage specs and deadlines from start to finish.
  • Drive innovation by suggesting creative alternatives.
  • Create precise specifications and communicate requirements to suppliers.
  • Deliver exceptional service and ensure projects hit quality, spec, and time targets.
  • Keep everything on track with accurate records and company tools.
  • Collaborate across teams and leverage HH Global’s full-service offering.
  • Champion improvements by implementing new methods and processes.
  • Support success: presentations, reporting, and account administration.
  • Ensure financial accuracy with invoicing and budget management.
  • Be flexible, attend off-site meetings and press passes—even outside normal hours.
  • Spot opportunities with Account Director and Procurement to grow business.
  • Maximize profitability through smart analysis and P+L management.
  • Exceed expectations by delivering against SLAs and business objectives.
  • Stay compliant with all regulatory and company policies.
  • Measure and improve customer satisfaction continuously.

 

Knowledge, Skills + Experience 

  • Proven account management experience in a contracted environment, delivering to strict SLAs and KPIs.
  • Client-facing expertise with a track record of building strong relationships.
  • POS conceptual knowledge and creative thinking.
  • Deep technical print expertise, with a strong understanding of diverse techniques.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and implementing preventative measures for project challenges.
  • Commercially savvy and numerate, with a focus on profitability.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills under pressure.
  • Confident and experienced in press passing.
  • Project management mindset with a process-driven approach.
  • Sales and business development awareness to identify growth opportunities.
  • Approachable and influential, offering valuable advice in meetings.
  • Skilled at managing and communicating with key stakeholders to exceed expectations.
