As a Business Development/Client Relations professional, you will play a key role in driving growth, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to the continued success of our business.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • To deliver exceptional service to our clients and drive business opportunities globally.
  • New Business Relationships
  • Conduct daily outreach to potential new affiliates, partners and clients (real estate brokers, mortgage lawyers, business setup companies, individual clients etc.) through introductory calls and meetings.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored FX solutions.
  • Follow up on referrals and leads to offer a ‘best in class’ Global Currency service and develop future business relationships.
  • Present the advantages of partnering with Magna Financial to prospective clients.
  • Onboard new clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (KYC) and internal policies and processes.

 

Existing Business Relationships

  • Cultivate and manage strong, professional relationships with existing affiliates, partners and clients, increasing referrals and cross business opportunities wherever possible.
  • Proactively pitch FX products and services to existing and prospective clients.
  • Drive revenue growth by determining and executing sales strategies to expand the client base globally.
  • Provide knowledge and input for creation of Client Marketing materials via PowerPoint and Brochures etc.

 

Market Monitoring

  • Monitor FX market trends, Global Currency movements, and geopolitical developments.
  • Share Market updates and potential opportunities and risks to new and existing clients to allow them to consider optimising their FX strategies.

 

Reporting & Analytics

  • Work with Internal Relationship Managers to maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, sales activities, and performance metrics in CRM.
  • Work with the Sales Support and Finance team to track daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and revenues via internal KPI trackers.
  • Prepare and present Management Information reports on sales performance and business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven prior success within a Business Development/Client Relations, Sales or Customer Service role.
  • Experience in Currency Exchange/FX, Financial Services, 360 Recruitment, or Real Estate is highly desirable.

Required Skills

  • Strong ability to generate high-quality leads and cultivate long-term client relationships.
  • Highly goal-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Confident presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage.
  • Advanced English (both written and spoken) is essential; additional languages such as Spanish, French or German are a strong advantage.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Currency Exchange/FX, Financial Services, 360 Recruitment, or Real Estate is highly desirable.

 

Pay range and compensation package

  • Uncapped Earning Potential: In our industry, the real wealth is generated on commissions, therefore, in addition to your base salary you will receive % commission on all new business that you bring to the company as well as on deals with existing clients.
  • Associate Program: On completion of 12 months service with us, you will become eligible for an additional % share of your revenue.
