We are looking for a proactive B2B Sales Specialist who enjoys working directly with clients and building long-term relationships. Responsibilities
Client Portfolio Management
- Manage and grow an assigned B2B client portfolio, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships.
- Proactively maintain contact through phone, email, and especially face-to-face meetings at client sites or in the showroom to understand needs and strengthen partnerships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for the assigned portfolio.
- Actively propose new solutions, products, and initiatives that increase the value of the cooperation and deepen client engagement.
Handling Incoming Sales Leads
- Engage with potential clients generated by marketing or other sources, primarily through face-to-face meetings, as well as phone and email communication.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations focused on understanding client needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Aim to convert at least 50% of handled leads into sales.
- Consistently work on nurturing relationships and turning potential contacts into long-term clients.
Product Presentation and Promotion
- Support clients in selecting the most suitable advertising and exhibition solutions.
- Prepare and send personalized sales proposals based on a prior analysis of client needs.
- Present products during sales meetings - both online, in the company showroom, and at the client’s location.
- Aim for at least 50% conversion from both sent proposals and sales meetings.
- Build long-term client relationships through advisory support, product education, and consistently delivering value.
Client Relationship Development
- Ensure high-quality client service and satisfaction after order completion.
- Collect feedback on products and services to improve client experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content and campaigns.
Sales Monitoring
- Track daily progress toward sales goals using the CRM system (HubSpot).
- Analyze the effectiveness of activities - calls, meetings, proposals, and closed deals.
- Develop short-term action plans based on weekly and monthly results.
- Monitor sales trends, market developments, competitors, and new industry products.
Sales Target Achievement
- Responsible for meeting monthly sales targets, including both new and existing clients.
- Independently plan and execute sales activities to reach or exceed goals.
- Continuously improve sales strategies by analyzing results and implementing corrective actions.
Reporting and Analysis
- Update CRM (HubSpot) daily - calls, sent proposals, scheduled and completed meetings, sales.
- Conduct weekly sales analysis and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare monthly progress reports and collaborate with the team leader on development and corrective actions.
Qualifications
Experience and Approach
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in advertising or related industries.
- Ability to manage client portfolios and build, develop, and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Proactive attitude - initiates contacts, proposes new opportunities, and explores various communication channels.
- English language skills at minimum B2 level — able to communicate confidently with international employees, conduct meetings, and prepare written communications.
Results and Effectiveness
- Goal-oriented - motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Focused on sales growth and capable of closing deals effectively.
- Experienced in working with leads and maintaining high conversion rates (50%+).
Communication and Presentation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills - comfortable with phone calls, online and offline meetings, product presentations, and business discussions.
- Able to prepare and present personalized proposals convincingly both online and offline.
Organization and Analytical Skills
- Independent and organized - can manage own calendar, analyze effectiveness, and prioritize tasks.
- Daily use of CRM tools (HubSpot) - track activities, analyze data, and plan next steps.
- Analytical mindset - able to interpret results and optimize sales actions accordingly.
Client Relations and Quality
- Maintains excellent client relationships, focusing on service quality, feedback, references, and recommendations to strengthen brand credibility.
- Knowledgeable about the market and competitors, follows industry trends, and applies this knowledge to effective sales strategies.
