The Team and Role:

The Senior Account Manager Retail is responsible for developing and maintaining the relationship between Logitech and assigned Retail customers. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing strategic relationships, and executing key initiatives in alignment with company goals.

In this role you will:

- Be accountable for the performance of Retail Key Accounts, achieving assigned targets for strategic objectives.

- Establish and develop productive, professional relationships with key personnel (on all levels) in assigned customer accounts.

- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources.

- Coordinate country campaigns with your selected accounts and execute with excellence. 

- Define, manage and control the budget per Partner/Account.

- Develop the business by identifying and accelerating opportunities within key channels and customer portfolios.

- Successfully introduce and implement new product categories and key initiatives.

- Lead a joint company-strategic account planning process.

- Set up a quarterly key metrics activity and execution plan.

- Monitor and manage the execution of activities by measuring and reporting on results.

- Set up an efficient forecast process to drive predictable revenue growth.

- Control the relevant ROI and success parameters.

- Anticipate market changes to drive new, relevant solutions to customers.

- Be a Brand Ambassador.

Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

- Extensive account management experience with a track record in consumer electronics, IT, or FMCG.

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking combined with mastery of supporting Microsoft or Google Suite applications.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

- Proven experience in Team coordination and people management.

-  Fluent in English, with other languages being a plus. French at negotiation level is mandatory. 

- Possess a deep understanding of retail sales processes. 

- Ability to build strategic relationships.

- Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills.

- Experience in matrix organizations and managing multifunctional teams.

- Willingness to travel internationally.

- Proven communication skills and collaborative nature.

- Ownership and accountability, solution-driven mindset.

- Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.

- Ability to analyze data and optimize future plans.
