High-Value Sales & Market Acquisition: Approx. 85% Sales / 15% Management
Core Focus: Acquisition of (leading) car dealer groups in France. Average of 3 meetings per week , aiming for mid five-figure Annual Recurring Revenues (ARRs).
Develop the go-to-market strategy: driving customer acquisition, managing the entire sales process, building a strong partner network.
Face to Market & Strategic Relationship Building
Representation: Responsible for building up the customer base in France and acting as the company’s representative at relevant events.
Network Building: Establish a strong personal network within the car industry.
Act as an interface to the international OEM & Partnership Team, and collaborate closely with Marketing, CSM and other internal departments.
Strategic Leadership
Strategy & Growth: Development and implementation of a strategic business plan to achieve the company's sales goals in France to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
Building, coaching and managing a local sales colleague in France.
Market Analysis & Performance Reporting
Continuous monitoring and analysis of local market trends and competitors in the French Automotive and FinTech scene.
Regular and structured reporting to the VP Sales Europe on country performance, sales activities, market insights and strategic recommendations.
You have a degree in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship or comparable.
You see your strengths in the area of Business Development, Sales and Networking.
You bring at least 10 years of Sales experience and ideally have already built and scaled digital B2B business models or successfully acquired customers in the SaaS sector. A strong network in the automotive industry is a plus.
Ideally, you have initial management experience and are senior enough to negotiate at C-level (dealers, associations, etc.).
You are flexible, able to adapt quickly and have a high degree of independence.
You are business fluent in French and English or German and keen to work in a fast-paced environment.
You are willing to travel frequently for business across France and you hold a valid driver’s license.
