We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team.
Your role will be to generate new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential clients. You’ll also handle inbound requests and ensure a smooth handover to the Account Executives.
You will work under the supervision of the Head of Sales.
Generate new leads
Identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound actions (email, calls, LinkedIn)
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects
Qualify inbound requests
Respond to incoming leads and assess their fit with Spiko’s products
Schedule meetings for the Account Executives and ensure a smooth handover
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams
Work closely with Account Executives and the Head of Sales to refine outreach strategies
Share insights on prospect feedback and market trends
Keep track and report
Maintain an up-to-date CRM with clean, accurate data
Monitor your outreach activity and key performance metrics
Experience: 0 to 2 years in sales, business development, or similar roles (internships included). Your ambition, ability to learn fast, and willingness to work hard matter more than your experience for this role.
Education: business or engineering degree (or equivalent university background)
Mindset: proactive, curious, and eager to learn — you’re driven by results and not afraid of the phone
Communication: native-level French and excellent English
Organization: structured and disciplined in managing outreach volume and follow-ups
Tech-savvy: comfortable using modern sales tools and automation platforms
