At Comarch, we don’t just sell software — we deliver innovative solutions that transform businesses. We’re looking for a passionate Business Engineer / Sales Engineer (M/F) to join our dynamic and fun team. Here’s what your daily work will look like:

If you accept the challenge,
your missions will include:

  • Promoting our solutions, especially the Customer Engagement Platform, in tandem with the pre-sales consultant (functional and technical expert);
  • Prospecting and identifying projects within large accounts and mid-market companies to expand our client portfolio, which includes names such as Auchan, Kiabi, Coopérative U, Franprix, Galeries Lafayette, KFC, Clarins, PMU, etc.;
  • Handling, tracking and qualifying inbound leads;
  • Following up with contacted prospects and existing clients using a CRM tool;
  • Drafting commercial proposals aligned with client expectations (in collaboration with technical teams);
  • Presenting commercial offers to clients and negotiating contracts;
  • Ensuring quality follow-up of projects after go-live;
  • Participating in events such as trade shows and conferences.


Profile
 You Are Perfect for This Role If :

  • You hold a business degree (e.g., business school) or a technical engineering degree, and you are dynamic, perceptive and organized;
  • You have IT knowledge and are passionate about this field;
  • You have at least one successful sales experience in the IT sector;
  • You understand client challenges and know how to adapt your approach to their needs;
  • You demonstrate strong commitment to clients and management;
  • You are persistent in achieving your objectives and motivated to strive for excellence;
  • You have a good level of English.
