💶 Salary: ≈100k package (Fixed part+ uncapped bonus) + BSPCE

About Bonx and Our Mission

Founded by two tech entrepreneurs, Bonx is on a mission to disrupt a 45-year-old ERP market dominated by legacy software providers. ERPs are essential to industrial companies, but they’re notoriously painful to implement and adapt. To support this ambitious journey, we’re hiring a Founding Account Executive to own the Italian territory, close strategic mid-market accounts, and help Bonx become the leading ERP for Italian manufacturers.

About the Role

This is a high-impact commercial role, working closely with the Head of Sales and the founding team. You’ll be at the center of Bonx’s Italian go-to-market expansion and responsible for driving commercial success.

Your primary responsibilities include:

 Owning the full sales cycle for Italy—from prospecting to demo to commercial negotiation and closing
 Executing Bonx’s GTM playbook and providing local insights to adapt it for the Italian market
 Building and managing your pipeline, including both outbound development and inbound qualification
 Running highly consultative sales processes with industrial SMEs and mid-market manufacturers
 Collaborating with marketing to support demand generation in Italy
 Coaching the team of SDRs to become better everyday at their job
 Tracking key KPIs and delivering quarterly/annual revenue goals
 Representing Bonx in the Italian ecosystem (events, associations, partners)

You will be central to shaping Bonx’s expansion in Italy—and will have exposure to strategic decision-making across the company.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have

 4+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with mid-market or enterprise cycles
 Strong closing abilities and a proven track record of consistently hitting quota
● Ability to manage complex cycles involving multiple stakeholders (operations, production, quality, IT…)
● Excellent CRM discipline and strong data orientation (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
 Native-speaker Italian and fluent in English—both are must-haves
● Hands-on attitude, strong sense of ownership, and relentless drive
