Role: Business Development Manager (European Market)
Must have experience in: FX/CFD Brokerage
Location: Fully Remote, B2B Contract
We are hiring a BDM to drive business development and client acquisition across the European retail FX/CFD market. This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based anywhere, operating under a B2B contract (monthly salary + commission).
What you’ll do:
- Lead sales efforts targeting retail clients, HNW individuals, Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, partners, and trading academies across Europe.
- Leverage your existing book of business/clients to drive deposits and build long-term relationships.
- Achieve a minimum net deposit target of $300k/month from sourced and managed clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the retail client base and increase trading volumes.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and motivation to the sales team to ensure group and individual success.
- Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and support teams to enhance acquisition and retention.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain strict compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in the retail FX/CFD brokerage industry.
- Strong business development background with a focus on the European market.
- A solid client book/portfolio that can be leveraged to meet monthly deposit targets.
- Track record of exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth.
- Leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
Contract Type:
- B2B Contract (fully remote) – candidates are responsible for managing their own taxes/benefits.
