Junior Business Development Manager – Life Sciences - Paris

Novoptim offers services from strategic marketing to sales outsourcing to generate sustainable growth for its clients. To support the expansion of the company, Novoptim is looking for a Junior Business Development Manager Life Sciences based in Paris.

What you will do:

We will train and coach you to develop your portfolio of industry clients, SME’s and start-ups players in Europe and in the US.  

You will manage the sales process from A to Z, by: 

·      Setting up and executing a business & marketing plan to approach new prospects and to build your client portfolio; 

·      Meeting top decision-makers (CEOs and C-level) and identifying their business needs and pain points; 

·      Defining, along with our Project Managers and the CEO, the appropriate methodologies and elaborating commercial proposals to best answer the client’s needs; 

·      Following up the sold projects in close coordination with the Delivery Team. 

Your profile:

·      You recently graduated with a scientific or business background (MSc or a PhD) 

·      You are motivated, rigorous and looking for new challenges at the interface between business and science 

·      You are fluent in English and French (another language is a plus) 

·      You are accountable, adaptable, resilient and passionate about sales and life sciences
