Company: PE-backed global leader in performance management and planning software. Solving C-level challenges for multiple business lines across Enterprise customers.

Role: Sales Leader to manage the Mid-Market/Enterprise team in France, selling into sub-$1bn revenue accounts in all industries. Restructuring team and GTM strategy/focus for 2026. Hunting and farming with a land & expand approach selling a platform with multiple use cases.

Criteria:

  • 2+ years minimum in leadership and 10+ years overall experience in software sales
  • Exposure leading a team selling into mid-market/commercial/SME type accounts in France
  • Coming from high growth SaaS company
  • C-level presence and maturity around working with executives in a sales cycle
  • Strong track record of growth in leading a successful sales team, evident in achievements/attainment figures
  • Value based selling, MEDDIC background highly desirable
  • Based in Paris and able to work on-site in Office
