We are looking for a hands-on operational leader with strong expertise in both business growth and talent development, who will play a key role in transforming and elevating our Academy! 

Your Mission: 

As Head of Business Academy, you will have the opportunity to work within our Business Academy, driving the transformation of our management community and supporting business growth through innovative learning and development initiatives. 

• Design, implement, and continuously improve training programs for managers, covering all business activities within Mantu group.  

• Oversee the pedagogical content and ensure alignment with business needs and strategic priorities. 

• Support and track the different steps of manager promotion and collaborate directly with recruitment and HR teams to enhance manager selection and mobility processes. 

• Serve as a strategic advisor and operational arm to the Business, establishing and monitor action plans and corrective measures, working closely with Top Management. 

Required skills and competencies: 

• You have at least 10 years of experience in business consulting, with proven expertise in managing business lines, including P&L and operations management. 

• You have a master’s degree in business, engineering, or related field and have experience in project management and process improvement within a consulting environment. 

• You have expertise in designing and delivering training programs for business managers and understanding of recruitment processes and talent development. 

• You have excellent communication skills in French and English, and you enjoy working in an international environment. 

• You demonstrate strong leadership, a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. 

• Mastery of generative AI tools (OpenAI) is an asset for improving day-to-day productivity.
