We are now looking for an experienced, commercially driven Sales Director to lead and scale our business in France.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a senior sales professional who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution. You will be responsible for growning, leading, and inspiring the French sales organisation while personally driving key enterprise opportunities and developing a high-performing channel ecosystem.

You will play a pivotal role in accelerating Zoho’s growth in the French market — expanding direct sales, strengthening partner networks, and positioning Zoho as a leading cloud software provider in France.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the overall go-to-market and growth strategy for France, aligned with European objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team across France.
  • Set clear targets, KPIs, and performance standards, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue goals.
  • Personally manage, negotiate, and close high-value enterprise opportunities (hands-on sales leadership).
  • Manage and grow a strong and future proof channel and partner ecosystem across France.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key prospective customers and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, pre-sales, product, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and successful customer outcomes.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine positioning and strategy.
  • Represent Zoho at industry events, partner forums, and executive engagements in the French market.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of B2B sales experience, with significant leadership experience in SaaS or cloud-based software.
  • Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams.
  • Strong experience in both direct enterprise sales and channel sales management.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of the French business landscape and enterprise market.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and modern cloud business applications.
  • Experience in a fast moving international environment.
  • Native-level French and fluent English.
  • Willingness to travel within France and occasionally internationally; valid driver’s license preferred.
