Head of Marketing

Yomali is seeking a hands-on Head of Marketing to design, build, and scale marketing across our portfolio. This is a builder role, not an inherited function.

You will create a modern marketing engine from the ground up owning strategy, execution, team building, and budget decisions across multiple growing businesses.

Your work will directly influence:

  • Customer acquisition and revenue growth

  • Brand authority across markets

  • M&A visibility and opportunities

  • Talent attraction and employer positioning

This role reports directly to the CEO and will evolve into group-level marketing leadership as Yomali scales.

The Challenge

You will be building marketing across multiple businesses with:

  • Varying levels of commercial and brand maturity

  • Minimal historical marketing infrastructure

  • Competing priorities across business units

  • High expectations for measurable commercial impact

  • Consistent flow of qualified inbound leads to each business

  • Measurable ROI across all paid channels

  • Strong SEO performance and social presence

  • Recognized authority positioning in each niche

  • Marketing fully supporting Sales, M&A, and Talent acquisition

  • A small, high-performing team hired, onboarded, and retained

Who You Are:

  • You have built B2B marketing engines from scratch

  • You are equally strong in performance marketing and storytelling

  • You have personally executed media buying campaigns

  • You think in ROAS, pipeline, and revenue, not just engagement metrics

  • You are autonomous, decisive, and comfortable executing without hand-holding

  • Your personal brand demonstrates storytelling excellence

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in eCommerce or high-growth technology companies

This Role Is Not For Someone Who:

  • Prefers managing large, established teams rather than building from scratch

  • Requires mature processes before acting

  • Specializes exclusively in brand or performance marketing

  • Seeks a purely strategic, non-operational leadership role
