Excited to explore the fascinating world of Data:

Apgar, an international consulting firm recognized by Gartner and specialized in Data, is seeking a Junior Account Executive (M/F) to join its sales team and actively contribute to its structuring and growth.

Internal Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Develop sales strategies for all our offerings in your territory (existing client portfolio and prospects)
  • Identify and conduct discovery meetings
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Lead proposals and negotiations
  • Build long term partnerships with high-level stakeholders

Data Expertise & Consulting

  • Identify key points and challenges our current and prospective clients face when it comes to data, analytics, AI, and broader technological transformation
  • Present our offerings in data strategy, governance, data platforms, advanced analytics, and AI
  • Supervise the market (competition, data trends, new practices, trade shows, etc.)
  • Contribute to Apgar’s positioning and visibility

Required Skills:

  • Strong interest in sales and business development
  • Listening skills, curiosity, and analytical mindset
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong verbal communication
  • Interest in data, cloud, analytics, or AI topics
  • Initial sales experience (internship, apprenticeship, or job) is appreciated

Profile:

  • Graduate from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university degree
  • 0 to 2 years of experience (including internships and apprenticeships) in B2B sales, consulting, or a technology environment
  • Leadership skills with a C-Level presence, able to guide extended teams
  • Fluent in English
  • Tech and/or sector expertise is a plus

Recruitment Process:

  1. Phone pre-screening with a recruiter to discuss your background, motivations, the company, and the role
  2. First interview with the Sales Director France for mutual introduction
  3. Second interview with a Technical Manager to discuss our offerings and the importance of technology
  4. Conversation with one of our Co-Founders to highlight our human values and close collaboration
  5. Final interview with the Global Sales Director to finalize strategy, territory, and all necessary details before starting
