The market is huge, and we've barely scratched the surface — in Europe, the UK, and the US.

Marketing has been founder-led so far. We're ready to hand it to someone who can build it properly.

What you'll be doing

Own the full funnel, from awareness to pipeline.

Generate demand:

→ Build and run our inbound engine (SEO, content, LinkedIn, ads)

→ Design and automate outbound sequences across channels

Build the marketing foundations:

→ Define our positioning and messaging

→ Craft a brand voice that makes Tenderbolt the obvious choice in the market

This is not a "strategy deck and delegate" role. You'll design the plan and execute it.

What we're looking for

→ Graduated from a top engineering or business school

→ 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing

→ You've built or scaled acquisition channels before

→ You're hands-on and leveraging modern growth tools

→ You write fluent in French and English (C1) and genuinely understand different business cultures
