THE MISSION
Reporting to the VP Sales France/Iberia, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative to help us develop our French market by managing the first part of the Sales funnel with French B2B prospects.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Target and qualify prospects and merchant accounts in line with the sales strategy & needs
- Work closely with the Account Executive team in order to align on strategies and action plan
- Generate qualified appointments with C-Levels
- Update all Sales activities in our CRM (today we're using Hubspot)
- Define the relevant outbound tools and channels with the Sales & Marketing team
- Determine the best (and innovative!) approaches to engage prospects
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must have:
- Prior Sales experience in a startup or Saas-selling environment
- Strong data-driven and critical thinking approach
- Hunting and never give up attitude
- Native or near-native level of French (C1-C2) and full working fluency in English (B2+), our global communication language
- Humility and eagerness to learn new methodologies
- Determination and persistence: nothing stops you from generating appointments!
What makes you stand out:
- You've worked in a field directly related eCommerce and/or BNPL in France
- You hate inefficiency; when you see a broken process, you fix it
- You communicate directly. No corporate speak.
- You speak any of the following additional languages: Italian, Spanish and/or Portuguese

- All the meetings organised are well qualified (aka no meeting booked "just" to reach numerical targets ;)
