YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a Sales Advisor based in our French office in Versailles to support the development of Paynovate’s business in EU with a focus in France, one of the most dynamic market.

In this role, you will identify and develop partnerships with companies that distribute or integrate Paynovate’s payment solutions, working closely with internal teams such as Operations, Finance and Customer Success.

You will join the French team composed of a Branch Director, EU Customer Success Managers, and collaborate with the broader commercial team based in Belgium.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Drive new business opportunities

- Identify and engage potential partners (Agents/ Distributors) interested in distributing or integrating Paynovate’s payment solutions: Banking, Issuing, and Acquiring
- Lead commercial and contractual discussions, build long-term partnerships, and adapt your sales approach depending on the complexity of the opportunity

  • Understand client needs and business models

- Analyze the business model and objectives of potential partners to assess how Paynovate’s solutions can support their development
- Act as a trusted advisor by proposing solutions tailored to client needs rather than simply selling products

  • Collaborate with internal teams

- Work closely with Operations, Finance, Legal and Customer Success teams to support onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from sales to operational setup



IS IT YOU

We seek someone who:

  • Has 4-5 years of experience in sales, business development or account management, ideally in fintech, payments or payment vendor services

  • Is comfortable working in B2B environments involving multiple stakeholders and consultative, complex sales cycles

  • Has strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to understand client needs and adapt solutions accordingly

  • Is curious about the payments industry and interested in building a long-term career in this sector

  • Bilingual in French and English

  • Is comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and using CRM tools
