Your Job

 As a Senior TAM CTV & Apps, your mission is to be the technical and operational architect behind the monetization of our Connected TV (CTV) and Mobile App inventories.
You sit at the intersection of Data, Tech, and Business, ensuring that our publishers’ premium video and app environments are fully optimized to capture maximum value from demand partners.

CTV & App Monetization Strategy

  • Analytics: Conduct deep dives into inventory data to identify underperforming ad slots or CPM opportunities specific to In-App and CTV environments. Collaborate with the Data team to build dashboards tracking monetization performance across these environments.

  • Stack Configuration: Maintain and fine-tune the ad stack configuration to ensure high fill rates and bid density.

  • Roadmap Execution: Plan and execute operational projects to integrate new demand partners specifically suited for video CTV and display/video mobile environments, optimizing revenue and margin.

Technical Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance

  • Advanced Debugging: Investigate and resolve complex integration issues related to SDKs, VAST/VPAID errors, and SSAI (Server-Side Ad Insertion) discrepancies.

  • Incident Management: Act as the first line of defense for monetization drops, ensuring rapid diagnosis and resolution to minimize revenue impact.

  • Compliance: Ensure inventory meets technical standards and demand partner policies (IVT, Brand Safety).

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Product Contribution

  • Feedback Loop: Serve as the technical consultant for the Product team, providing insights on CTV/App market trends to help shape the Sparteo platform roadmap.

  • Demand Partners: Identify optimization opportunities to increase revenue based on partner feedback.

  • Support: Assist the Supply / CSM team during the onboarding of strategic partners by validating technical feasibility.

  • Knowledge Sharing: Document processes and train the wider CSM and Supply teams on the specifics of the App/CTV ecosystem

Your Profile

  • Experience: 7+ years in Senior Technical Account Management or Senior project management within SSP technology.

  • Specialization: Proven experience with Mobile Apps (SDK integrations) and/or CTV/Video is required.

  • Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of OpenRTB, JSON, XML, and debugging tools (Charles Proxy, Fiddler, Chrome DevTools).

  • Project Management Tools: Proficient in Notion.

  • Analytical Mindset: Skilled in Excel, SQL, or BI tools to extract actionable insights from large datasets.

  • Soft Skills: Leadership, proactive, solution-oriented, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Languages: Fluent in French and English.
