About the job

For a fast-growing consulting company specializing in CRM implementations and Artificial Intelligence, with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, we are looking for a driven Business Developer to support expansion across francophone and international markets.

As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting the company’s CRM and AI solutions. You will work closely with technical and consulting teams to deliver high-value proposals and guide clients throughout the entire sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new B2B sales opportunities.
  • Actively prospect using LinkedIn, email, phone outreach, and industry events.
  • Build and expand a client portfolio across francophone regions (France, Africa, Europe).
  • Present solutions (Dynamics 365, AI, Power Platform) to potential clients.
  • Work closely with technical teams to prepare tailored commercial proposals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product presentations, demos, and negotiations.
  • Maintain and update the pipeline and forecasting through CRM tools.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful deal closure.
  • Commercial Strategy & Partnerships
  • Contribute to defining go-to-market strategy and commercial priorities.
  • Support the improvement and refinement of solution offerings.
  • Identify and engage potential strategic partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and technological developments.
  • Reporting & Performance
  • Track key sales KPIs (revenue, conversion rate, pipeline health).
  • Provide regular reporting to management.
  • Optimize sales processes, tools, scripts, and automation workflows.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of B2B business development experience.
  • Previous experience in IT, SaaS, CRM or digital transformation is highly preferred.
  • Skills
  • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to sell higher value, solution-oriented offerings.
  • Good knowledge of CRM and digital transformation challenges.
  • Strong proficiency in prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, emailing tools).
  • Comfortable working autonomously in an international environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent.
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • Professional French (highly preferred)
