YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Hunt for opportunities: track down, qualify and attract prospects in the medical-social sector (nursing homes, social and medico-social establishments, etc.).
  • Reading minds (or almost): decode the expectations and needs of prospects to offer them tailored solutions with high added value (billing, scheduling, payroll, etc.).
  • Master the rollercoaster of sales: take control of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a clear objective: to open new accounts and generate new business.
  • Triggering deals: build conquest strategies, prioritize your targets and be creative to generate qualified appointments.
  • Mastering CRM: Maintain a clean and accurate pipeline so that every opportunity is tracked and fully exploited.
  • Team up like a pro: collaborate with marketing to maximize campaign impact and generate more qualified leads.

 

IS THIS OFFER RIGHT FOR YOU?

  • You have between 2 and 5 years of experience as a salesperson focused on prospecting and hunting, ideally in B2B or in the medical-social sector.
  • You have mastered the art of prospecting, negotiation techniques worthy of a strategist, and the implementation of solid business plans.
  • You possess boundless energy, unwavering perseverance, a natural talent for persuasion, and an autonomy that would make an entrepreneur blush.
  • You possess a little something extra that makes the difference: knowledge of the medical-social sector, a penchant for tech or a passion for cutting-edge digital tools.
