As a Sales Executive at Kolecto , you will have three key responsibilities :
Managing the entire sales cycle : from in-depth discovery (needs analysis, identification of customer challenges) to closing , with sharp expertise to convince various profiles (independents, micro-enterprises, SMEs, large accounts depending on the team).
Closing sales in a short cycle (one month on average): by directly targeting decision-makers (manager, CFO, etc.) and adapting your message to maximize impact and speed of conversion.
Ensure rigorous pipeline management : daily CRM (HubSpot) updates , opportunity tracking, accurate reporting, and close collaboration with internal teams to optimize sales performance.
You will actively contribute to expanding our customer base and structuring our commercial approach.
