Sales Executive H/F/X - Freelance

-Job description:

As a Sales Executive at Kolecto , you will have three key responsibilities :

  • Managing the entire sales cycle : from in-depth discovery (needs analysis, identification of customer challenges) to closing , with sharp expertise to convince various profiles (independents, micro-enterprises, SMEs, large accounts depending on the team).

  • Closing sales in a short cycle (one month on average): by directly targeting decision-makers (manager, CFO, etc.) and adapting your message to maximize impact and speed of conversion.

  • Ensure rigorous pipeline management : daily CRM (HubSpot) updates , opportunity tracking, accurate reporting, and close collaboration with internal teams to optimize sales performance.

You will actively contribute to expanding our customer base and structuring our commercial approach.

🔧 Key Skills

  • Excellent command of complex B2B sales (active listening, framing, persuasion, negotiation).

  • Proven experience with CRM tools (ideally HubSpot).

  • Good understanding of SaaS environments, SME challenges and multi-stakeholder decision cycles.

  • Ability to sell in a "solution" mode, oriented towards customer value.

🎓 Training & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (Account Executive, Senior Business Developer, etc.).

  • Experience in SaaS, fintech or in selling solutions to very small businesses/SMEs is highly valued.

  • A good understanding of the administrative or financial issues of companies is a real plus.

As part of our potential collaboration, you will be asked to provide a K-bis extract less than 3 months old or a SIRENE situation notice, a URSSAF vigilance certificate and a professional insurance certificate.

Public checks relating to the existence and reputation of the structure (online presence, references, etc.) may also be carried out.
