As a Sales Executive at Kolecto , you will have three key responsibilities :
Managing the entire sales cycle : from in-depth discovery (needs analysis, identification of customer challenges) to closing , with sharp expertise to convince various profiles (independents, micro-enterprises, SMEs, large accounts depending on the team).
Closing sales in a short cycle (one month on average): by directly targeting decision-makers (manager, CFO, etc.) and adapting your message to maximize impact and speed of conversion.
Ensure rigorous pipeline management : daily CRM (HubSpot) updates , opportunity tracking, accurate reporting, and close collaboration with internal teams to optimize sales performance.
You will actively contribute to expanding our customer base and structuring our commercial approach.
Excellent command of complex B2B sales (active listening, framing, persuasion, negotiation).
Proven experience with CRM tools (ideally HubSpot).
Good understanding of SaaS environments, SME challenges and multi-stakeholder decision cycles.
Ability to sell in a "solution" mode, oriented towards customer value.
Strategic thinking and a results-oriented culture.
Ability to manage simultaneous sales cycles methodically.
Autonomy, reliability and proactivity in work organization.
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong adaptability to different client profiles.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (Account Executive, Senior Business Developer, etc.).
Experience in SaaS, fintech or in selling solutions to very small businesses/SMEs is highly valued.
A good understanding of the administrative or financial issues of companies is a real plus.
