Summary
As an Engagement Director, you will lead the day-to-day execution of a diverse team composed of Training Services and/or Advisory Services employees and external partners, serving clients across France, French-speaking Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Spain, and Italy. Key elements of this role include guiding and developing individual team members of a cluster, implementing in the cluster the processes needed to ensure a consistent quality of delivery across Europe, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. You will partner closely with the Growth team to strengthen our client relationships, expand holistic solutions, and grow Prosci's presence.
