Working alongside a Senior Account Manager, your role will be to develop and transform the firm's positioning with a major client. You will be at the heart of the business development of this practice while also being able to promote the firm's full range of services to high-level contacts (Marketing Director, CIO, Innovation Director, HR Director, etc.).
Working closely with the firm's Partners and Senior Managers, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
1/ Business development & customer relations
Managing and maintaining customer relationships within a long-term partnership framework:
Independently, prospect for new clients on your account;
Organize and conduct client meetings in tandem with the consulting teams to present the firm and its expertise and to identify new business opportunities;
