Account Manager Junior - Grands Comptes

-Job description:

Working alongside a Senior Account Manager, your role will be to develop and transform the firm's positioning with a major client. You will be at the heart of the business development of this practice while also being able to promote the firm's full range of services to high-level contacts (Marketing Director, CIO, Innovation Director, HR Director, etc.). 

Working closely with the firm's Partners and Senior Managers, you will be responsible for the following tasks: 

1/ Business development & customer relations 

  • Managing and maintaining customer relationships within a long-term partnership framework: 
  • Independently, prospect for new clients on your account; 
  • Organize and conduct client meetings in tandem with the consulting teams to present the firm and its expertise and to identify new business opportunities; 
  • To guarantee customer satisfaction and the implementation of possible action plans, with the aim of creating a strong and lasting relationship with your customers.  

 

2/ Complex Sales 

  • Managing the pre-sales cycle of our consulting services in project mode, with a constant focus on differentiation: qualifying customer needs, developing the response strategy, writing the commercial offer, presenting it to the customer; 
  • Coordinate all managers and consultants who contribute to responses to calls for tenders; 
  • Negotiate the commercial offer with the Purchasing Departments of our clients and secure the sale.  

 

3/ Account Strategy 

  • Analyze the potential of the customer environment and target priority areas for commercial investment; 
  • Define and manage commercial action plans to develop our positioning on a given account. 

Qualifications

Motivated to learn and a graduate of a top engineering, management or university school, you are attracted to business development and have a strong interest in the consulting sector .
