What are your daily responsibilities?
🔹 Business Development
You identify and prospect for new clients in the SECTOR sector.
You understand their challenges and propose suitable engineering profiles.
You build a relationship of trust and ensure follow-up and loyalty.
🔹 Recruitment & Management
You play a key role in identifying and recruiting top talent , in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team .
You build and lead your team of consultants , supporting them in their career development .
