Senior Business Manager / Business Unit Manager X/ F/H

As part of the growth of its LifeSciences activities in the Grenoble region, Pharmacos is looking for  a Senior Business Manager / Business Unit Manager  to strengthen its teams.  

Business Managers, true  intrapreneurs , are the pillars of the Group's development. 

What are your daily responsibilities? 

🔹 Business Development  

• You identify and prospect for new clients in the SECTOR sector. 
• You understand their challenges and propose suitable engineering profiles. 
• You build a relationship of trust and ensure follow-up and loyalty. 

🔹 Recruitment & Management  

• You play a key role in  identifying and recruiting top talent , in collaboration with the  Talent Acquisition team . 
• You build and lead  your team of consultants  , supporting them in  their career development . 
• You provide  personalized support  by taking into account their aspirations (projects, sectors of activity, etc.) and by promoting their  skills development  (annual interviews, training, etc.). 

🔹 Managing your Business Unit  

• As a true  intrapreneur , you develop and optimize  your business , while relying on the strength of a recognized group. 
• You are  responsible for the profitability  of your Business Unit by implementing an appropriate strategy and managing your performance indicators.

Your profile 

Having graduated with a Master's degree from an engineering, business, or equivalent school, you have a  strong interest in technological innovation, technical professions, and engineering . 

Possessing a  dynamic and proactive mindset , you enjoy pushing your limits and thriving in  challenging environments . Driven by performance and continuous improvement, you demonstrate  resilience  and  perseverance . 

You possess  excellent interpersonal skills , are a  good listener  , and have a real ability to  build relationships  and  bring people  together. You already have experience in engineering consulting.
