Role description
Provides day to day support for new and existing partners, contacting, informing and advising them about how to meet the demands of visitors to the Booking.com website. In addition, identifies and contacts prospective new partners, building positive relationships in order to generate future sales and repeat business. Improves services and relations with existing partners, analyzing relationships with a view to providing first-class customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business;
Responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with the accommodation partners (i.e. visiting accommodations, contacting on regular basis);
Acting on leads, partner feedback and information on competitor activity;
