YOUR TASKS:
You define, drive, and execute the annual indirect sales and distribution strategy in alignment with the France commercial plan. You translate strategy into concrete field actions to achieve growth and market share targets. You manage, develop, and expand the existing distributor network. You identify, evaluate, and onboard new distribution partners to accelerate business growth. You conduct regular business reviews, define action plans, and monitor distributor performance. You actively drive sales performance with both existing and new distributors. You lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and key agreements. You analyze market trends, competition, and growth opportunities...
