Account Executive (UK Market) – Restaurant Tech SaaS Scale-Up

Following strong success in its home market, the company is now looking for an ambitious Account Executive to launch and scale its presence in the United Kingdom.


About the Role

As the company's first Account Executive focused on the UK market, you will work directly with the CEO and take ownership of the entire sales cycle.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging restaurant groups, running demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing new business.

The primary target market consists of multi-location restaurant groups with 20+ locations, making this a strategic, consultative sales role with significant growth potential.


Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Sales Ownership

  • Manage the complete sales process from prospecting through contract signature.

  • Build and develop a pipeline of qualified opportunities.

  • Execute outbound sales activities including:

    • Cold calling

    • Email campaigns

    • Follow-up sequences

    • LinkedIn outreach

Business Development

  • Identify and engage key decision-makers within restaurant groups.

  • Generate new business opportunities within the UK market.

  • Develop strategic account plans to maximize conversion rates.

Product Demonstrations & Consultative Selling

  • Conduct product demonstrations lasting approximately 45–60 minutes.

  • Understand customer challenges and business objectives.

  • Present tailored solutions that demonstrate clear business value.

Negotiation & Closing

  • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations.

  • Manage sales cycles averaging 3–6 months.

  • Successfully close new business opportunities.

Customer Onboarding & Success

  • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers after contract signature.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and successful implementation.

  • Support long-term customer adoption and satisfaction.

Process Improvement

  • Contribute actively to the evolution of sales processes and best practices.

  • Participate in regular one-to-one discussions focused on continuous improvement and scaling the UK go-to-market strategy.

Required Qualifications

Sales Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (mandatory).

  • Proven experience managing a full sales cycle.

  • Experience selling into SMB and/or Enterprise environments.

Business Development Skills

  • Strong outbound prospecting experience.

  • Comfortable generating opportunities through cold outreach.

  • Ability to build pipeline independently.

Communication Skills

  • Native English speaker or bilingual English professional.

  • Good level of French.

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
