The Associate Account Executive (AAE) plays a critical role in expanding Techcyte's customer base by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing opportunities with laboratories across Europe.
As one of the first points of contact for prospective customers, you will work closely with Account Executives, Product teams, and Sales teams to move opportunities through the early stages of the sales process—from initial outreach through product demonstrations and preliminary evaluations.

Prospect, qualify, follow up with, and educate a high volume of leads.
Identify laboratory challenges, business needs, and workflow issues.
Effectively communicate Techcyte's value proposition and solutions.
Generate qualified sales meetings and opportunities for Account Executives.
Conduct discovery conversations and gather relevant prospect information.
Ensure accurate lead qualification and handoff processes.
Partner with Account Executives throughout the early phases of the sales cycle.
Support prospects through initial evaluations and assessment processes.
Help advance opportunities from first contact through demonstration stages.
Build relationships with:

Develop trust through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Establish and maintain relationships with channel and strategic partners.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth prospect experiences.

Utilize Techcyte's CRM and sales enablement platforms effectively.
Track, report, and analyze lead and pipeline metrics.
Occasional travel for conferences, industry events, and prospecting activities.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional sales role (any industry).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to engage scientific, medical, and technical audiences effectively.

Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
