About the Role

Corporate B2B Account Executive

As a Corporate B2B Account Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding Holafly's presence within the corporate and enterprise market.

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing complex B2B sales cycles, and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across a range of industries where international travel and mobile connectivity are business-critical.

Target industries include:

By understanding client challenges and mobility needs, you will position Holafly's eSIM solutions as a strategic tool for improving productivity, reducing roaming costs, and enabling seamless global operations.

This role offers the opportunity to significantly influence Holafly's growth and enterprise expansion strategy across Spain.


Key Responsibilities

Territory & Go-To-Market Strategy

  • Develop and execute territory plans and go-to-market strategies.

  • Identify priority sectors and target accounts.

  • Drive market penetration and business growth within assigned regions.

Pipeline Generation & Business Development

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline across mid-market and enterprise segments.

  • Generate consistent opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking activities.

Consultative Solution Selling

  • Understand customer business models, travel patterns, and connectivity requirements.

  • Conduct discovery meetings and needs assessments.

  • Position Holafly's eSIM solutions as a strategic business enabler.

Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Establish credibility with senior executives and procurement teams.

  • Become a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey.

Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Lead commercial negotiations.

  • Manage procurement and contracting processes.

  • Structure pricing discussions and close profitable business opportunities.

Sales Performance & Forecasting

  • Track and manage pipeline performance.

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts.

  • Deliver insights and reporting on business development activities and outcomes.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor industry developments and customer challenges.

  • Stay informed about competitor activities and emerging market trends.

  • Use market intelligence to strengthen positioning and sales effectiveness.


Required Qualifications

Sales Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Experience selling technology or telecommunications solutions preferred.

Language Skills

  • Fluent in Spanish.

  • Fluent in English.

Additional Language Advantage

Knowledge of one or more of the following languages is highly valued:
