Founded in 2023 as a spin-off from Kili Technology, DeepIP is rapidly scaling and redefining how legal and IP professionals work.
As an Account Executive, you will lead DeepIP's expansion across the UK and Nordic markets, selling AI-powered patent drafting and IP management solutions to legal and intellectual property professionals.
You will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation through contract negotiation and customer expansion.
This role is ideal for a highly driven SaaS sales professional with experience selling into complex enterprise environments and a passion for AI, innovation, and legal technology.
Build and manage a strategic target account list across the UK and Nordic regions.
Develop market penetration plans to drive customer acquisition.
Prioritize high-value opportunities within legal and IP-focused organizations.
Manage every stage of the sales process:
Prospecting
Discovery
Product demonstrations
Business case development
Negotiation
Contract execution
Relationship expansion
Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
Engage both executive decision-makers and operational users.
Drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
Apply MEDDIC qualification principles throughout the sales process.
Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene and pipeline documentation.
Ensure a minimum 3x pipeline coverage relative to quota targets.
Build trusted relationships with:
Patent attorneys
IP professionals
Innovation leaders
Legal teams
Executive stakeholders
Develop a deep understanding of customer challenges and business objectives.
Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations.
Clearly articulate DeepIP's value proposition and return on investment.
Translate complex AI capabilities into practical business outcomes.
Work closely with:

Provide market feedback that informs:
Product roadmap decisions
Go-to-market strategies

Contribute to the evolution of DeepIP's sales playbook.
Document best practices and lessons learned.
Support scalability as the company grows.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) or similar role.
Proven success in highly personalized, consultative outbound prospecting.
Experience targeting educated and demanding buyer personas.
2–3 years of experience as an Account Executive in a high-performance SaaS environment.
Proven ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles.
Demonstrated success selling software solutions with annual contract values (ACV) between:
$50,000 – $250,000
Ability to manage multi-threaded sales opportunities.
Experience engaging multiple stakeholders across organizations.
Strong executive communication skills.
Skilled at uncovering customer needs and aligning solutions to business outcomes.
Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Comfortable generating pipeline independently.
Strong outbound and account-based selling skills.

Able to develop effective sales strategies to maximize opportunities and mitigate risks.
