About the Role

Account Executive – Europe

As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving H's commercial expansion across Europe.

You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise and mid-market organizations while helping companies understand the transformational potential of agentic AI solutions.

This role is ideal for an experienced enterprise sales professional who combines strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and a passion for emerging AI technologies.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across Europe.

  • Target enterprise and mid-market organizations across multiple industries.

  • Build and develop a sustainable customer base from the ground up.

Full-Cycle Sales Management

Own the complete sales process, including:

  • Prospecting

  • Discovery

  • Qualification

  • Solution positioning

  • Proposal development

  • Negotiation

  • Contract execution

  • Closing

Consultative & Value-Based Selling

  • Understand customer business challenges and strategic priorities.

  • Position H's AI solutions as transformational business enablers.

  • Demonstrate measurable value and business outcomes.

Executive Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers.

  • Engage C-level executives and business leaders.

  • Facilitate strategic discussions around AI adoption and innovation.

Market Intelligence

  • Gather and share customer feedback.

  • Monitor market trends and competitive developments.

  • Provide insights to Product and Marketing teams to support product evolution and go-to-market strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with:

  • Product Teams

  • Marketing Teams

  • Leadership Teams

  • AI Research & Engineering Teams

Ensure customer requirements and market insights influence company strategy and product direction.


Required Qualifications

Professional Experience

  • 10+ years of B2B go-to-market (GTM) experience.

  • Background in:

    • SaaS

    • Enterprise Technology

    • High-growth Technology Companies

    • Consulting

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working in startup or scale-up environments.

  • Founder or entrepreneurial experience is highly valued.

Enterprise Sales Expertise

  • Proven success selling complex technology solutions.

  • Experience managing enterprise and mid-market sales cycles.

  • Ability to build territory and customer strategies from scratch.

AI & Technology Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of the B2B technology market.

  • Experience selling:

    • AI solutions

    • SaaS platforms

    • Enterprise software

    • Emerging technology products

Preferred

  • Direct experience selling AI-driven solutions.

Revenue Performance

  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.

  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and scale customer relationships.

Executive Communication

  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.

  • Ability to influence and negotiate with executive stakeholders.

  • Comfortable presenting complex concepts to senior audiences.

Education

Required

  • Master's Degree.

Preferred

  • MBA.

  • Relevant postgraduate education.
