Position Overview

Growth Account Executive

As a Growth Account Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding customer adoption and revenue growth within Revolut Business.

You will leverage your product expertise, industry knowledge, and consultative selling skills to identify growth opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and maximize the value customers derive from Revolut's business solutions.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who enjoys relationship management, strategic account growth, and helping customers solve business challenges through innovative financial technology.


Key Responsibilities

Account Growth & Relationship Management

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned business accounts.

  • Develop strong, long-term customer relationships.

  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients using Revolut Business products.


Opportunity Identification

  • Conduct analytical assessments of customer accounts.

  • Identify expansion opportunities and additional use cases.

  • Recommend relevant products and services that align with customer needs.


Customer Discovery & Engagement

  • Conduct discovery conversations and account reviews.

  • Understand customer objectives, challenges, and growth plans.

  • Build rapport through proactive communication and follow-up activities.


Solution-Based Selling

  • Apply a consultative sales approach to uncover customer needs.

  • Match customer requirements with appropriate Revolut Business solutions.

  • Drive product adoption and feature utilization.


Product Expertise

  • Develop deep knowledge of Revolut Business products and services.

  • Understand competitive positioning within the financial technology market.

  • Clearly communicate product benefits and value propositions.


Revenue & Performance Management

  • Meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Consistently achieve team KPIs and growth objectives.

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of customer opportunities.


Required Qualifications

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in:

    • Account Management

    • Customer Growth

    • Business Development

    • Telesales

    • Relationship Management

  • Proven success achieving and exceeding sales targets.
