Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Hire, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives.

  • Set clear expectations and support continuous skill development.

  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, forecast reviews, and strategy sessions.

  • Act as a player-coach by joining key opportunities and modeling best sales practices.

Revenue Growth

  • Drive team revenue growth through new business acquisition and account expansion.

  • Ensure consistent pipeline generation and deal progression.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.

Sales Operations & Execution

  • Build and implement scalable sales processes and playbooks.

  • Monitor pipeline activity and forecast accuracy.

  • Identify risks early and adjust strategy as needed.

  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene, reporting, and operational discipline.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences and alignment on priorities.

  • Influence stakeholders across departments to drive business outcomes.

Performance Management

  • Analyze KPIs and performance trends.

  • Provide recommendations and coaching to improve results.

  • Lead initiatives to enhance sales efficiency and customer experience.


Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Proven experience leading and developing Account Executives in a B2B sales environment.

  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets through team leadership.

  • Experience coaching sellers through complex sales cycles and strategic account planning.

  • Experience building scalable sales processes, playbooks, and operating rhythms.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.

  • Data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Languages

  • Fluent in French and English.
