Role Overview

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will serve as the primary commercial contact for key customers, building trusted relationships while driving business growth.

Your objective will be to contribute directly to TD SYNNEX's revenue growth by placing customer satisfaction at the center of all commercial activities.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development & New Market Acquisition

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within strategic accounts.

  • Convert prospects into long-term, profitable business partners.

  • Drive customer acquisition and expand TD SYNNEX's market presence.

Execute Growth Strategy

  • Translate vendor objectives into actionable commercial plans.

  • Lead negotiations and manage commercial agreements.

  • Increase market share and revenue performance.

  • Monitor and report business performance using structured KPIs and reporting tools.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams and technology vendors.

  • Participate in customer meetings to develop high-value business solutions.

  • Ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs.

  • Identify high-margin business opportunities.

  • Execute targeted prospecting activities and marketing initiatives.

Digital Customer Experience

  • Support customers in adopting TD SYNNEX's digital platforms and tools.

  • Simplify customer processes and improve overall user experience.

Travel Requirements

  • Regular travel across the Île-de-France region and other areas within France.


Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 3–5 years of successful experience in business development and new customer acquisition.

  • Previous experience within the IT industry, technology solutions, or B2B distribution environment is highly preferred.

  • Proven ability to develop strategic accounts and generate sustainable revenue growth.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.

  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
