As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth within the hospitality sector, focusing on networking and connectivity solutions, including:
IP Networks
High-Speed Internet Access (HSIA)
IPTV Solutions
Casting Technologies
This is a highly proactive, customer-facing role focused on identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing a robust sales pipeline, and building long-term relationships with hospitality decision-makers.
Identify, target, and acquire new customers within the hospitality industry.
Develop and execute structured business development plans and sales strategies.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Conduct proactive prospecting activities, including cold outreach and lead generation.
Drive the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract signature.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel operators, hospitality groups, and key decision-makers.
Present solutions and conduct customer meetings both remotely and on-site.
Serve as a trusted advisor on networking infrastructure and hospitality technology solutions.
Provide market insights and strategic guidance to customers.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer and partner inquiries.
Prepare, present, and follow up on:
Commercial proposals
Quotations
Tenders
Business cases
Lead contract negotiations and successfully close new business opportunities.
Ensure opportunities are commercially sound and aligned with company objectives.
Retain and expand existing customer accounts through renewals, service extensions, and upselling opportunities.
Collaborate closely with technical, delivery, and commercial teams to ensure successful solution design and implementation.
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management processes.
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and management reports.
Share best practices and contribute to overall team performance and success.
Monitor market developments, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Gather customer feedback to support product and commercial strategy.

Strong experience in new business development and sales.
Ideally gained within:
Hospitality technology
Networking infrastructure
Telecommunications

Experience selling solutions such as:
High-Speed Internet Access (HSIA)

IP Networks
Hospitality Technology Platforms
is highly desirable.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience managing complex sales pipelines.
Strong business development and lead generation capabilities.
Ability to manage the complete sales cycle.
Experience negotiating commercial agreements and closing deals.
Understanding of hotel operations and hospitality environments.
Familiarity with hospitality technology ecosystems.
Knowledge of networking and connectivity solutions within hospitality settings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and consultative selling abilities.
Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
Effective relationship-building skills with customers, partners, and internal teams.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Proficient in CRM systems (such as Odoo).
