As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience to restaurant partners by supporting them throughout their journey with RusHour's platform.
You will assist customers from onboarding through ongoing platform adoption, ensuring they receive the support, guidance, and solutions needed to maximize the value of RusHour's products and services.
As part of the Customer Success and Support team, you will contribute directly to customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
Support new restaurant partners throughout the onboarding process.
Guide customers in the successful implementation and use of RusHour's platform.
Ensure clients fully understand and adopt available tools and features.
Provide training and assistance to help customers maximize platform value.
Deliver exceptional customer service and support to restaurant partners.
Manage inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Create positive customer experiences through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted point of contact.
Contribute to documenting internal processes and best practices.
Help improve onboarding workflows and customer journeys.
Identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Share customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services that better meet customer needs.
Support customer retention and long-term account growth.
