Role Overview

UiPath is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager who can operate as a strategic transformation leader rather than a traditional customer success professional.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to one of UiPath's largest enterprise customers, helping define, drive, and accelerate their automation and digital transformation journey.

You will partner closely with executive stakeholders, challenge existing thinking, shape strategic direction, and lead complex transformation initiatives involving automation, AI, and enterprise-wide process innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Transformation Strategy Leadership

  • Own the customer's automation transformation roadmap.

  • Define and execute long-term automation strategies.

  • Drive initiatives from planning through business value realization.

  • Align automation programs with enterprise objectives and business priorities.


Strategic Advisory

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives.

  • Challenge assumptions and provide strategic recommendations.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for:

    • Automation expansion

    • Process optimization

    • AI adoption

    • Agentic AI use cases

  • Influence decision-making at the executive level.


Enterprise Program Management

  • Lead large-scale cross-functional transformation programs.

  • Coordinate multiple workstreams across business and IT functions.

  • Navigate complex governance structures and enterprise operating models.

  • Ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.


Executive Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders.

  • Become the primary partner for automation and digital transformation discussions.

  • Facilitate executive workshops, steering committees, and strategic reviews.


Value Realization & Business Impact

  • Define measurable success criteria and transformation KPIs.

  • Track and communicate business outcomes generated through automation.

  • Demonstrate ROI and strategic value delivered to the customer.

  • Identify opportunities to expand business impact and adoption.

Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs.

  • Experience managing enterprise-wide IT, digital, or AI transformation initiatives.

  • Strong background in consulting, enterprise technology, or digital transformation environments.
