UiPath is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager who can operate as a strategic transformation leader rather than a traditional customer success professional.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to one of UiPath's largest enterprise customers, helping define, drive, and accelerate their automation and digital transformation journey.
You will partner closely with executive stakeholders, challenge existing thinking, shape strategic direction, and lead complex transformation initiatives involving automation, AI, and enterprise-wide process innovation.

8+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
Experience managing enterprise-wide IT, digital, or AI transformation initiatives.
