Swan is hiring a Strategic Customer Success Manager (Partner Success Manager) to manage a portfolio of strategic fintech partners and ensure they achieve long-term success with Swan's embedded banking platform. The role focuses on the post-sales customer journey, including partner onboarding, operational excellence, product adoption, and relationship management. You will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for key partners, lead regular business reviews, coordinate with Product, Support, Compliance, and KYC teams to resolve operational issues, deliver partner training, and identify process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and drive long-term growth. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or another client-facing operational role within a SaaS, fintech, startup, or scale-up environment. Strong project management, stakeholder communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to manage complex partner relationships and work cross-functionally. Fluency in English is required, while French or another European language is a plus.
