Lead – Customer Success & Delivery (Europe) | ParallelDots

ParallelDots is hiring a Lead – Customer Success & Delivery to oversee strategic enterprise accounts across Europe while leading customer success and project delivery teams. The role combines customer success leadership, project governance, and account growth by ensuring successful implementations, driving product adoption, and delivering measurable business outcomes. You will manage Customer Success Managers and Project Managers, build executive relationships with enterprise clients, conduct strategic business reviews, and collaborate closely with Product, AI, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure seamless delivery and long-term customer success. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Enterprise Project Delivery, or Strategic Account Management, along with experience leading customer-facing teams and managing complex SaaS implementations. Strong stakeholder management, project governance, analytical skills, and the ability to identify upsell and expansion opportunities are essential.
