The Role

Contentsquare is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to lead expansion in French-speaking Switzerland and take ownership of the region, driving both commercial success and cross-functional collaboration. This is not a typical sales role — the person will act as the regional leader, responsible for developing the market by engaging key enterprise stakeholders, activating the local ecosystem of partners and prospects, and closely aligning with internal teams such as Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Marketing.

Reporting directly to an Enterprise Sales Director, the work will directly contribute to empowering businesses to achieve their goals through the platform. The role also drives new business sales within existing accounts to continue accelerating growth and success with current Contentsquare customers.


Key Responsibilities

The core responsibilities include owning the territory like a regional leader — being responsible for developing the French-speaking Swiss market and acting as the key representative of Contentsquare in the region — and leading and managing the full sales cycle from lead to close for strategic enterprise accounts.


Work Setup & Location

The role offers a hybrid work policy supporting flexibility and work-life balance while fostering team collaboration. It is open to hybrid mode (maximum 2 days working from home) in the Paris office, or fully remote in France or Switzerland.


What They Look For

The ideal candidate has 4+ years as an enterprise sales hunter (new logo / new revenue acquisition) with relevant strategic SaaS experience, a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets, and the ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
