The Role

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned customer accounts. This includes working closely with sales teams, professional services, technical support, sales operations, and product management to understand and resolve customer issues. The position focuses on championing customer-centric solutions and outcomes in support of developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. The CSM is expected to have a strong understanding of customers' business and technical objectives and success criteria, and the ability to identify and articulate how Delinea supports the achievement of customers' strategic goals. Key Responsibilities

Core responsibilities include delivering remote services to new and existing customers including software installation and configuration, onboarding, and training, as well as working with professional services, technical support, and the regional sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.   • Managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts through the full customer lifecycle
  • Driving product adoption, satisfaction, and renewal outcomes
  • Identifying upsell and expansion opportunities in collaboration with sales
  • Acting as the internal advocate for the customer across Product, Support, and Engineering
  • Conducting regular business reviews and success planning with key stakeholders

Ideal Candidate Profile

Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience in cybersecurity, particularly in identity and access management (IAM) or privileged access management (PAM), excellent collaboration and communication skills with a track record of building trusted partnerships across Sales, CS, and Product teams, and a demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple initiatives, and drive outcomes proactively.
