Pluxee France is hiring a Key Account Executive to drive business growth within the large works council (CSE) segment by acquiring new key accounts and expanding market share. The role involves identifying and prospecting high-value clients, understanding customer needs, presenting tailored employee benefits solutions (gift cards, meal vouchers, CESU, mobility solutions), negotiating contracts, and ensuring a smooth customer onboarding experience.
